Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually arrive 4-6 business days from the day after it was ordered. If you believe your item was lost, please feel free to e-mail us at customerservice@gammaraycomics.com.
Q: How long will my advance order take?
A: Some advance items ship in different months and will be available at different times. Be sure to check the specific item when you are ordering in order to know when it is arriving. We ship the items as soon as they are received. If you need more specific information, then feel free to e-mail us customerservice@gammaraycomics.com.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You may only cancel orders on items not yet shipped, EXCEPT in cases where items are marked as non-refundable.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Google Check Out, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.There is no additional charge for using MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. If you are using our on-line shopping cart, all of your personal information will be submitted to us over a secure line. This includes your credit card account number and expiration date.
Q: How dose paypal work on your website?
A: In order to complete a paypal payment, for security purposes, you will need to click on the paypal button in the order form to be redirected to the paypal website. You must log into your paypal account and then complete the payment process. Paypal will state when the process is complete.
Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Your item may be temporarily out of stock or on rare occasions, an item may no longer be available; you will not be charged in these circumstances.And you will be notified once the item is back in stock!!!
Q: How do I use our coupon code?
A: In order to use your coupon code, you must use standard checkout.Coupon codes are not valid via Paypal express.*Valid on In Stock items only*.
Q: What dose this mean *Waiting For Inventory?
A: If the status of your order reads 'Waiting For Inventory', a product is not currently in-stock, most likely being signed by a creator, artist, or CGC, advanced order, etc. Once that item has been sent to us, either by the signer or manufacturer, you'll receive notification that the product will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
Q: What dose this mean **Waiting To Complete?
A: If the status of your order reads 'Waiting To Complete', certain (or all) product is not currently in-stock and we are waiting to receive that item. As soon as we recieve all items for your order, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
